Company Introduction
Established in 1984, Shenzhen Sawa Abrasives Co., Ltd is one of the earlier companies in China specialized in the research, development, production, sales, and services of resin cutting grinding wheels. In July 2004, the company relocated from Shuibei Industrial Zone, Luohu District, Shenzhen to Baolong Science and Technology Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen. The park covers an area of 77,000 square meters with a building area of 47,000 square meters and employs over 230 people. The company is a high-tech enterprise in Shenzhen, a clean production enterprise in Shenzhen, a drafting unit of the National Abrasives and Abrasive Tools Standardization Committee, and the executive chairman unit of the Abrasives and Abrasive Tools Committee of the China Federation of Industry and Commerce Hardware and Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce. It is a pioneer in the resin cutting grinding wheel industry in China.
The company currently has more than 200 sets of equipment and has a modern tunnel kiln production line. The company’s “Shawei” brand resin bonded grinding wheels, ultra-thin cutting wheels, depressed center wheels, and flexible wheels cover over 1000 varieties in four major series including shipbuilding, nuclear power, casting, and stainless steel. In addition, the company’s innovative products such as European and American-style, high-power cutting wheels and sharp cutting wheels have been well received in the market. The “Shawei” brand resin bonded grinding products passed the German MPA quality and safety certification in 1998, the Swiss SGS ISO9001 quality system certification in 2003 (and ISO9001:2008 version in 2009), and were approved as a national high-tech enterprise in 2018.
